You Are What You Eat

Starting off your day in a positive light is first achieved by what you eat. Almost every morning I start off my day with a fruit and veggie smoothie, topping it off with some protein.
Not only does this give me energy I need for the day but with antioxidants followed by organic spring mix and berries, helps give fantastic skin.
